Guesthouse Mio has been newly renovated in 2018. Our guesthouse was named 'mio' as it is the Japanese word for 'waterway'. We are situated directly alongside the famous Ōmihachiman canal where you can watch the boats drift along during Japan's beautiful seasons.
We can accommodate up to 8 guests in our private holiday home. We offer our guests a wide range of amenities, including a fully- fitted kitchen, a washing machine, a portable wifi router and even a free-to-use bicycle service. Our wonderful location offers our guests the opportunity to easily explore Omihachiman and enjoy the experience of staying in a beautifully renovated, authentic Japanese home.
